We strive to make property management as simple and hassle free for you as possible.

 

Management fees  

$200 set up fee 

$650 Leasing fee (If we need to find a new tenant) Leasing fee will vary with homes over 3,000 sq ft. please contact us for details.

 

8% of the gross monthly rent.

 

We request a $500 maintenance reserve to cover any property expenses while managing the property such as maintenance repairs or  utility fees. The reserve funds will be replenished by the monthly rent and returned to the owner at the end of the management term, this is not a fee.
